Eat, Drink, and Be Merry

Did anyone notice that the cost of food is a b*tch. So i scoured the web to find you things that either promote intoxication, or at least provide you some form of sustenance while you become inebriated.

Free Paninis on Monday-
What's the deal:Buy a drink and a panini on the house
Days: Every Monday
Location:Vero Wine Bar, 1004 Second Ave. (Midtown East)

Free Wine on Mondays
Whats's the deal: Go in for dinner and get a free bottle of wine (lasts only until the Dow breaks 12,000---- yeah right like thats happening anytime soon). Check out their website for more details (http://www.paradounyc.com/special.htm)
Days: Every Monday
Location:Paradou, 8 Little W. 12th St. (@ 9th Ave.)

All you can Drink Sangria Tuesdays:
What's the deal: Self-explanatory. $15 and you can drink yourself until you get organ failure.
Days: Every Tuesday
Location: Unwined @ 2537 Broadway,at 95th St.Upper West Side(646) 403-3215

Crocodile Lounge (Ongoing)
What's the deal: So for anyone that ever had to choose between booze and food, more likely than not booze won. But do not fear. For every drink you buy, you get a free personal pizza. Not the greatest pizza you will ever eat, but when you feel a lil tipsy this will do.
Days: Every night
Location: 325 E. 14th St.

Caffe Vivaldi (It's all about the music baby)
What's the deal: For anyone that is a lover of the music scene, you know that you can't see a good band unless you pay a cover, on top of the drink minimums *_* (we should have a revolution about this!). But there is one place that promotes local musicians and artists without any of that nonsense. The drink prices are reasonable but the artists are homegrown. So every note you hear and every lyric they sing eminates that non-generic feel. My favorite is this dude called Matthew Brookshire ( playing on March 4).
Days: Every night
Location: 32 Jones StreetNew York, NY 10014
